2.3. Confidentiality – All users agree to keep their login credentials and all sensitive budget information confidential.

3. Payments and Cancellations

3.1. Service Fees – Budget service fees are due at the start of service. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
3.2. Cancellation – You may cancel your service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to fees.

4. Service Provision

4.1. Access – We strive to provide continuous access to our platform, but there may be occasional outages due to maintenance or upgrades.
4.2. Content – All budget materials and budget consulting are intended for organizational use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

5. Data Privacy

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refund Policy – If you are not satisfied with your purchased budget service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially utilized. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
